Hi, I’m Heena. I run two short-term rental businesses in North Goa — Mango & Moon and Blue Palm Stays — across three properties in Arpora and Siolim.
I didn’t start with a course or a masterclass. I learned hosting the way most hosts do — by doing it. Driving out at 1 AM because a guest was locked out. Figuring out pricing through trial and error. Learning, property by property, what actually keeps guests happy and reviews high.
The Host Side is where I write it all down — the real stories, the systems that came out of the mistakes, and the honest lessons I wish someone had told me before I started.
